Warranty Policy

• DC Saucepan: 1-year warranty.
• All Other Products: 3-year warranty

The warranty period begins when the initial purchaser receives the product.

If you find that your product is not functioning properly, please contact us first at support@veryeah.com. If necessary, send your proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product to support@veryeah.com

In rare instances, items may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact support@veryeah.com and provide photos or videos of the damage.

Free accessories that cause scratches during transportation are not covered for replacement or compensation.

Notice: We will not accept shipping damage claims later than 7 days from the receipt of the products.

• Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress.
• Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage unless caused by Veryeah.
• Products with the serial number or bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible.
• Ordinary wear and tear.
• Defects or damage caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Veryeah.
• Defects or damage caused by assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from the Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual.
• Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, or improper use of any electrical source.
